Not receiving UTS email messages?

As a UTS community member, you often receive email messages from UTS. If you are not receiving them, it may be because your server does not recognize the "@utschools.ca" portion of the address and sends it to your Junk folder.

To make sure UTS emails reach your inbox, please do the following:

  1. Regularly check the Bulk or Junk folder to see if UTS email has landed there. You can select any e-mail that is erroneously marked as spam and send to your Inbox. This trains the spam filter how to recognize wanted e-mail.

  2. Add UTS email addresses to your Safe List and update your Spam settings:

    UTS-bulletin@utschools.ca
    UTSParents@utschools.ca
    UTSBoard@utschools.ca
    UTSPrincipalsOffice@utschools.ca

SpamGuard Plus users:

Please visit the SpamGuard Plus tutorial. The steps are almost the same, except SpamGuard Plus offers a feature for "Resetting the Filter". This enables you to "retrain" SpamGuard if you think it's not properly discerning spam from acceptable e-mail.
